There are 250 booths available: 100 Non-Profit veteran support organizations, 70 Employers, 50 VA Benefit Stations, 30 Educational Institutions.

Load In Times

ALL organizations can load in from 7am-11am. There will NOT be any organizations allowed in after 11am as the Opening Ceremony starts at 11:30am. Please remember that there are 250 organizations setting up. We recommend to come early. Thank you for understanding.

Veterans and Family Members DO NOT NEED TO PRE-REGISTER. There will be a FREE Registration Booth OUTSIDE Soldier Field by the South Entrance- Gate-O. Early Registration for veterans and family starts at 11am.
